Shipping Rates

We ship nationwide using overnight priority services to ensure your reef treasures arrive safely. We charge a flat $45 shipping fee (non-refundable). 

Heat/cold pack fee may be included during seasonality.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

While we guarantee live arrival we recognize that issues can occur. In the event of DOA, credit will be provided given the following conditions:

•  Send photos of the item in its original, sealed bag under white light. 

•  Contact us within 2 hours of delivery confirmation via email (support@adastrareef.com).

•  DOA claims are only valid if the bag remains sealed in the photos.

If eligible, we’ll issue store credit or offer a replacement if available. One-of-a-kind items will be credited toward future purchases. Shipping costs and promotional/giveaway items are not covered under DOA. Cost of shipping the replacement coral will be at buyers expense.

🪐 Note: Shipments of 1–2 pieces are not covered under our DOA policy due to lower thermal mass and increased transit risk. These orders are shipped at the buyer’s discretion.

Shipping Delays & Optional Protection

While rare, delays due to carrier issues or weather can occur. To protect your order, we offer optional Shipping Delay Insurance. 

This insurance will result in DOA refund or replacement at the conclusion of the insurance claim process, pending claim approval. 

Returns & Refunds

All live sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on livestock. Valid DOA claims will be honored with store credit or replacement only.
